About Us

Tom Hart

Targeted Solutions was founded by Tom Hart, a convenience store veteran of more than 30 years. Tom began his career in 1986 at Wilson Farms in Buffalo, New York. Starting as a part-time stock-clerk and working his way up to store manager, Tom left Buffalo and took a job as a store manager for Store 24. In his 16 years at Store 24 he served in many different roles. After his store manager position, he served as a Field Recruiter, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Stores, and finally, Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, Tom managed the Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Properties departments. Tedeschi's acquired Store 24 in April of 2002. Tom joined Tedeschi's as the Vice President of the Store 24 Division. In September of 2004 Tom joined the Sales department as Vice President, Sales. Tom was recently the President of NECSA and has served on the Board of Directors since 1998. Tom was inducted into the NECSA Hall of Fame in 2006. He has been a past speaker at NACS, NECSA and CSP Executive Leadership Forum.

Jim Mungovan, Consultant

Jim Mungovan, former Director of Properties for Store 24, brings deep experience to the Targeted Solutions team. Jim has over 25 years of experience in facilities management, new store construction, major renovations, energy management, and equipment purchasing. During his tenure at Store 24, Jim implemented multiple systems to improve efficiencies and drive down costs. He also successfully completed the Store 24 City Oasis décor and design project working closely with The Moseley Corporation.

Our portfolio of industry professionals allows us to provide energy management, advertising, site development, civil engineering, POS and back-office technology, and store design.
